Grandmother Spreads the Joy of Yoga

"No matter what age or shape you're in, you can do yoga," says Julie McCall. Julie, a grandmother, explains that she began yoga after her doctor suggested it might help relieve pain from serious scoliosis.

I just love to hear uplifting stories.  It gives me hope that age is not going to be a factor in what I can do.  I exercise now, and I hope that keeping my  body fit will help me with the things I can do in the future.  It also helps to avoid injuries as we get older.
