India in Tiff over U.S. Yoga Patents

In the latest twist on intellectual property rights, Indian officials announced yesterday that they would lodge official complaints with U.S. authorities over hundreds of yoga-related patents, copyrights, and trademarks issued in recent years.

i hope the international community will emerge from its stupor and quiescence regarding U.S. bullying in the domain of international property. This is the latest insult to traditional knowledge.
