I'm very energetic and active. I love running and practicing yoga. I just completed my 200 level Feel Your Best yoga teaher training program and am very excited to begin my journey and grow in my own practice, along with helping others to progress. I am also a full time pediatric Computed Tomography Technologist, and have a great sense of passion for what I do. I love to keep busy, and keep great company. I am an enthusiastic vegan and love to try and share food ideas and recipes!
