I'm pretty much a steady and calm person. I've had to deal with a severe injury that was disabling for over 10 years. During that time I started doing qi gong and have over come my past problem. I am now training to be a qi gong instructor in an effort to help others overcome their problems. I want to be as healthy and green as possible.
