I am married and have an 18 yr. old daughter. I have been living healthy for over 16 years now. I workout 5 times/wk 2 hrs./day. I love to cook and have been cooking healthy for over 16 years. I believe that you don't have to sacrifice taste, to eat healthy. The possibilities are endless. I find that the time with my family and friends, time in my studio, as an artist, cooking in my kitchen and working out, are all things that make me the very happy and content woman I am.
