Yoga is one my favorite things to do. I'm fascinated by holistic health (ayurveda, herbal medicine, etc.). And I do my best to eat sustainably and organically. But...I don't take it too seriously, and I don't look down on people who don't see it my way. Basically, I try to have fun with it.
