I am here to give and receive inspiration. I am a single caucasian male in the midwest. I have a strong social conscious that comes from an emphasis on justice. I make my living as a journalist and seek to use my communcative gifts to contribute to the world's need to progress toward critical mass. I believe strongly in sincerety and consistency in what one says and does. I am a loyal freind and astute thinker.

I have tinkered with various meditation forms from yoga to tai chi and basic meditation but have settled on Wild Goose Qigong. A friend of mine who teaches various Eastern practices went to China and studied under the form's lineage holder. I was priveleged to get in on my teacher's first class upon his return to the states. It does wonders; going beyond relaxation to balancing the chi one has accumulated since birth. It is used to treat various ailments in China, including cancer.
