Inspiration: I draw inspiration from my heroes. These fantastic people practiced what they preached and have influenced my belief system. Mahatma Gandhi, His Holiness The Dalai Lama, Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King, Jr, Jimmy Carter, Bill Gates, Audrey Hepburn, Thich Naht Hanh, my mom and dad.
Virtues: Practice generosity, patience, equanimity, and bodhichitta 24/7. When you lose, don't lose the lesson (HHDL). Karma is very real. You have to have faith in or believe in something to get anywhere and to attain happiness.
Vices: Coffee, exercise, chocolate, popcorn, shopping, sometimes a glass of red wine.
