I'm going through a lifestyle change! I was a smoker, binge drinker, and couch potato, and had a generally pessimistic outlook on life. In the last 6 months, I quit smoking, stopped drinking, and started up a yoga practice, and have never felt better! I love being outside, hiking, swimming, taking a walk, anything that lets me enjoy my newfound lung capacity! ;) Also love going to Wrigley for Cubs games, playing my violin and piano, and cooking up a storm in my kitchen.
