Being healthy and sustaining a joie de vivre are important to me. I am beginning to believe that, in a sense, the older we become the younger we can become in our heart, mind, soul and physical well-being. My passions are inspiring the young to succeed; awareness, regard and concern for the environment; appreciation for other cultures and the protection and care they use within their environment; encouraging a simpler lifestyle. Kindly know I love many of our conveniences; yet, in the face of limited resources we might consider simplifying and having a greater regard for our planet and livelihood in a less invasive lifestyle. A little hard work for us is great and we really do need to slow down and value us, creatures and this wondrous planet.
