I am a fitness consultant, Life coach, personal trainer and co-owner of the most unique spaclub in st.louis, missouri, www.muscleupfitness.com. I work with individuals on their specific goals using techniques that will work for their personal fitness "style". Combining western training, eastern training and modern coaching techniques I help my clients reach their physical, emotional, personasl and professional goals. I utilize a team of assoaciates to make sure that each individual has the correct source for their journey to success and I am very proud of my clientelle's success rate. My philosophies and beliefs are outlined really well on our website, but I believe that the part of the fitness industry has perpetuated this "state of confusion" and disinformation to profit from the pain of those very individuals who are seking help.
