I am a mother of four, three young boys(whew!) and a 15yr old daughter (another whew!) I consider myself to be very active. I love the idea of living a healthy lifestyle and try to live it myself while also encouraging others to do the same. I am currently pursuing a career in nutrition. I am planning on being an herbalist and my long term goal is to be a naturopathic doctor.
