I am just beginning to do Yoga and mditation.Since turning 50 2 weeks ago I know my best years are ahead of me. I attend the Mile Hi Church of Religious Science in Denver Colorado. I always try to maintain a positive attitude and knock out any negative thoughts. I try to always live in the moment and stave off any worries though my income is paycheck to paycheck. But I know that God will provide just the amount I need. I don't need to be rich but wealthy enough for the needs at hand.
