I am an art historian turned massage therapist interested in going back to graduate school in soul-centered and somatic psychology. I'm enthusiastic about healing, meditation, food, art, integral thought, evolutionary spirituality, The Intention Experiment, Zaadz, and doing more to create a sustainable world.
