I'm a reference librarian in Kansas. Trying to live healthier, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Adding biking to my things to do when I'm outside this spring. So far, I walk to work almost daily. Working on cooking more and eating out less...and really enjoying trying new things in the kitchen. My mental health is maintained with music, blogging, knitting, reading, and spending time with those who make me feel good. Working on the spiritual health and am looking for the right worship experience for myself.
