Inspiration: My inspiration is my wife, she's been so wonderful to me. My other inspiration is Aprilhelen Morgan, an awesome, wonderful Yoga teacher at "Art of Yoga" in Paseo District in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Also, Cameron Ashkar, a wonderful man who shares his knowledge to all of us through meditation or Yoga or anywhere.

I've been practicing Yoga for more than 15 years off and on until last year I've made a commitment to practice almost daily. Studying into Druidry for more than 25 years as well as learning Gaelic (Gaeilge) language because of its culture, wisdom, knowledge, philosophy, and spiritual tradition. I have a beautiful wife and am a father of 4 daughters.
