Every year, it seems that I become more and more concerned about my health and well-being, as well as the environment. I am a graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Religion and Women's Studies and a Master of Arts in Medieval History, specifying in women's history within the mystical traditions. I am also a newer practitioner of Yoga, considering vegetarianism, and a black belt in two Korean martial arts. I look forward to learning from everyone
