I am basketball player and I really focus on my jump higher basketball strength training for my development on vertical jumping. I am doing vertical exercises daily to improve my vertical leap. It is great to discover that in just a couple of week, I really noticed an improvement on the vertical program that I followed. A plyometrics jumping is also good form of exercise.
