07.04.0760 MinutesHappy 4th! Lots of time to walk to today. I have a day off.
07.03.0760 MinutesIf I talk the talk, I have to walk the walk. I'm a personal trainer and I encourage all of my clients to talk a walk before work or on their lunch hour every day. I also encourage them to walk to other offices or other buildings rather than email or telephone their coworkers. Walking is improving not only thier physical life, but their social interaction. We are now working on that 5 block walk to Starbucks.
