I'm mom to three lively, lovely daughters - Zoe, Chloe and Caroline. I love my family, our dogs, cats and just being alive and well and together. My life has been turned upside down in the last two years: I had brain surgery (tumor), relocated, quit nursing, took up writing, and, in the last month, dealt with the unexpected death of my niece, Nikki, in a car wreck. One month after Nik died, I watched my sister Sherry's house burn down. It's been a wild ride, but I am thankful I'm alive and living in it, no matter what.
