Health and well-being is my life. Massage Therapist for 10 years - love that CranioSacral! Just recieved my Master's in Human Nutrition and am starting to offer counseling sessions, both private and soon to be classes. Herbs,Homeopathics,and Aromatherapy, these are all amazingingly interesting and wonderful substances we can utiize for our wel-being. Meditation slows our body and mind, and brings us more into line with the Divinity within each of us. Then we get to move in so many glorious ways to express ourselves! what joy we can have!
