i am a 19 turn 20 and i use watch tv alot and i am studying my engineering and i like to maintain my body and with fitness and one of aim isto maintain as fit such that i can do things even in 80s like jumping etc did in teen age.well i thin and i though having a good shape i good than bulding the body and i am doing lifting dumbles like that and i am suffering from joint pains yet from last couple of weeks
