I have lots of energy, but I like to kick back in front of the fire place with my family whenever possible.  My 5-year old daughter and I have been gluten-free for two years.  My husband is an amazing chef and has started a gluten and dairy-free cooking class at our natural health center.  I like to help people be well and eat well with massage and nutritional education.

At our clinic we offer massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, yoga and more.  We have a pharmaceutical-grade line of easy-to-use supplements and a selection of Chinese herbs and ointments.  My husband, Joe, is a certified aromatherapist and he makes his own essential oil blends sold separately or in massage oils or lotions.
