Hi! I'm the author of the award winning best-seller, The Whole Foods Allergy Cookbook: 200 Gourmet and Homestyle Recipes for the Food Allergic Family, the first cookbook to eliminate all 8 allergens responsible for 90% of food allergies. While being diagnosed with food allergies can feel like the end of your gastronomic party, I'm living proof, that a restricted diet does not mean deprivation. After my son Lennon was diagnosed with multiple food allergies in 2001, I had to change many of the ingredients I cooked with, but I never stopped making the same kinds of recipes.
