I hope you enjoy the site. & about the store that specializes in fake meat, that's lovely! I wish there was something like that over here. I live in a small agricultural town so I have to settle for morning star products that are usually available at Wal Mart  or other stores like Food For Less. Although the products are not as bad, I know they could get better. There is one dish that I just love, and it's called ceviche, the original dish is made with raw fish but if I substitute it with Ground Beef Morning Star it tastes even better than the original. (perhaps because the thought of raw fish just doesnt appeal to me in the least) If you'd like the recipe I'd be glad to pass it on. It's fresh and tasty. :) Take care!
