With new buildings and green technology, China is developing ways to conserve and sustain their energy. With a big green foot they are starting with a state of the art office building employing eco-friendly features.

They are also contributing to the emission of CO2 by growing so much rice. The farmers don't have the resources to drain their rice patties and that is what gives off the gases. It is a real problem as well. Food vs emmisions.
