From Episode 4: Clearing Up Carb Confusion - 2 cups coarsely chopped vine-ripe tomatoes
- 1 T vinegar of choice (something great!)
- 1 T olive oil (your favorite kind)
- 1 T fresh basil, finely chopped
- 1 T fresh cilantro (or parsley), finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Place all ingredients in bowl and gently stir. That's it.
