I like how Dr. Fine talks about all the different nutrients in the colorful vegetables but how should I fix them and how much do I need ofeach? I've heard 5 to 9 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, does that mean I can eat 8 pieces of fruit and 1 cup of broccoli and still meet my requirements?
