it really does sound simple, let me just go buy some Hard bread wheat at my local market and then grind it with my Electric Grain mill. Who doesnt have one of those laying around?

yes i agree -- this is how we made our bread when we were small - when we didn't have money to buy a loaf of bread -- always keep your staples available in the house -- flour, eggs, milk,
