This sounds delicious. I probobaly won't have all the ingredients but I'm sure I can modify, the recipe link above has some great alternatives too.

 Off topic but she kept touching her hair during food prep ! 

 Maybe she was camera-nervous but I wouldn't have wanted it after that ! lol 

 Recipe doesnt strike me as all that tasty but I'd try it anyways.

Like you, I noticed the 'hair thing' and it is off putting. Everyone should tie their hair up during food prep as well as serving it. The receipe is nice though and can be altered in many ways.

Enjoying any meal, be it Thai or otherwise, depends on a number of factors, not just the taste of the food. Presentation and atmosphere are also important.
