Does anyone have experience with brain entrainment programs? I just started and it seems to be benefiting my mental abilities. I would love to hear anyone else's experience with brain entrainment ( Stephen Pierce's program or Song Chengxiang - Quantum Mind Power / The Morry Method programs). Waiting to hear from someone!

What I'm wondering is what kind of nutrients are good for memory? I remember back in college I heard Lecithin was good for memory, I've been taking it ever since. Then there's Gilko Biloba, that's suppose to work as well. Any other ideas?
This was a pretty good video on the subject. Maybe I will get his book, he seems like he knows what he's talking about. My Grandfather used to teach a memory class and he used the same technique for remembering lists, make up a story. Think I'll try that one next time I need to remember 3 or 4 things in a hurry.
