A year and a half ago, I found myself in this very situation. Although my mind was saying yes, my body was saying no. I could sense my aura weakening with every puff, my body suffering with every indulgence. My battle was with Cannabis Sativa. (weed) Ironically, I turned my appetite for smoking into one for water.
