EPA Lets Calif. Proceed with Auto Emissions Policy

Reacting in part to Monday’s Supreme Court decision, the Environmental Protection Agency has announced that California can move forward with its efforts to set the nation's first standards to cut tailpipe emissions from cars, light trucks, and SUVs.
