When Al Gore was nominated for the Nobel peace prize, many asked why?  What does global warming have to do with peace?  The truth is that energy or the lack of it is going to be the focus of tension between countries, just like need for oil.  The need for countries to come together and share information on developing new technologies is encouraging and I for one am glad to see it happening.
