Illinois Gov. Touts Clean Energy Plan

Ethanol, biodiesel and other fuels produced in Illinois would provide half of the state's energy supply by 2017 under a $1.2 billion, 10-year initiative Gov. Rod Blagojevich announced Tuesday.
