Schwarzenegger Signs Solar Power Bill

On Monday, Governor Schwarzenegger signed a law that calls for the installation of 1 million solar panels on California roofs by 2018; the systems would generate 3,000 megawatts of power, and reduce greenhouse emissions by 3 million tons.

I think this is very good and i think that all states(and countries) should do this even before 2018. Our planet could benefit from this very much. If every state did this than we could save up to, or over, 150 million tons of green house emmisions.
