What's your favorite way to break a sweat?

Anything outdoors! Running, walking, cycling — I'd choose fresh air any day over the boring ol' gym.
A yoga class is my zen — the perfect way to get a workout and some peace of mind.
I have to do something strength related. Weight lifting, push ups, squats, Pilates — it all makes me feel powerful!
At-home DVDs are my go-to workout. It's so easy to pop one in and get moving.
Training for a race. Whether it be a triathlon or 5K, a competition gets me motivated!
