Yes, I do have an agenda, and I’m not going to hide it. Fruits, whole grains, and vegetables are my greatest allies in the battle to eat better, and I’m going to sneak them in wherever I can, whether it’s under cover of darkness (i.e., last week’s chocolate cake, ) or camouflaged by ground buffalo, as in the following meatloaf recipe.
