Climate control. My own. As in, fire up the heat in winter, crank the AC in summer.
Goods from China
Disposables (think coffee cups and takeout for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner)
A nice quarter pounder with cheese or just a pint of Rocky Road. Organic? Not so much.
