It's about consistantcy.  If you do something each day, you will start to see and feel a difference. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither will a healthy body.  Just get out there and do it!!!

I really enjoyed this video. I do like walking everyday, so I will have to keep these tips in mind when I go tonight. I tend sometimes to walk flat footed, could that affect my walkout? Do I not burn as many calories or does it not matter?
