This was a fascinating podcast! I never thought about the fact that we need to "exercise" our intuition to make it stronger...but it makes total sense. I love LIME radio and am amazed everytime I turn it on. It's like the entire line-up is geared totally to where I am in my spiritual and physical journeys; I am being guided to my next level daily.

Thanks for your kind comments, you're making me blush!

I'm thrilled to be able to join my pal Laura Smith every Tuesday at 10 a.m. (I always feel like I'm hanging out with my long-lost sister around her...you know from listening how terrific she is. Wise and wonderful, all heart.)

But every day you'll hear something interesting, I'm sure...on Above & Beyond with Laura Smith in the mornings at 10, on Positively Incorrect with Scott Cluthe at 6 pm and on all the shows in between.

And on Wednesdays beginning this week (April 11) at 6 p.m. you'll hear my buddy Scott on the air live with Dr. Andrew Weil, LIME's latest expert on Healthy Living with a Twist who's debut show is then; he'll be on every Wednesday so get your health questions ready.

How exciting that LIME has grown from just a few hours of live programming to 12 hours of live programming daily in the past month or so...amazing!
