We spend so much of our day  just sitting -- at our desks and in our cars -- so it's really  important to keep our hip joints mobile, and alive. The more mobility you have in your hips, the less you  stress  your knees and lower back.  In this segment, yoga master Rodney Yee demonstrates a series of three simple hip openers that will free up your hips and open your chest, to keep you feeling awake and alive all day.
