Chef Michel Nischan does a side by side comparative analysis of an organically raised chicken, to a non-organically raised chicken. The results are astonishing.
I tried an organic USDA Certified chicken I bought from Whole Foods.
I used an herb roast recipe, oooo yummy that organic chicken was the best I've ever tasted! Soooo good! Perfect! Then I took the bones and remaining drippings and made the best chicken soup I've ever tasted in my life. My family now only buys organic meat period!
I truly appreicated Michel Nischan's demo on the chickens. In fact, when my family when to the supermarket, we decided to hold a harmone chicken side by side an organic one. And sure enough, the harmone chicken was yellowish in color and looked fat and swollen compared to the pinkish, leaner looking organic chicken. We were convinced!
