Next IPCC Report Paints Dire Picture of Climate Change

In the second of this year’s four reports, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change will focus on global warming's effects, and the outlook is grim: Scientists foresee massive droughts, starvation, flooding, extinctions, and ozone-related deaths.
