Food Bacteria is More Resistant in U.S. and Europe

A study shows that 2 percent of illness-causing Campylobacter jejuni bacteria were resistant to the fluoroquinolonones family of antibiotics. That’s compared to 18 percent in the States, where the drugs are administered to poultry and livestock.
Well of course it's going to be more resistant -- look how many chemicals are placed in some of the food.
