Blair Says “G13” Could Better Tackle Climate Change

As the G8 group of industrialized nations prepared to meet this weekend, U.K. prime minister Tony Blair said an expanded 'G13' would be far more effective at negotiating a successor to the Kyoto Protocol on climate change.
