New Jersey Enacts Anti-Global Warming Law

New Jersey became the third state in the nation to enact a comprehensive greenhouse gas reduction law Friday, requiring the Garden State to significantly cut emissions of global-warming gases.

Living in New Jersey, I will be interested to hear what the commision says about setting out a plan.  I am glad to hear that NJ is getting aboard, but in order to reduce, we need to have a plan on how we are going to do it.

That's great to hear, I feel utterly dimwitted but I'm going to ask anyway, what other two states have enacted this law?
