Female Nonsmokers More Likely Develop Lung Cancer
A survey of 1 million people shows that 8 percent of male lung cancer patients are nonsmokers. Researchers cannot explain why the number zooms to 20 percent for women, but they cite that, statistically, women are exposed to more secondhand smoke.
