Reply: The point is to try and eat 7 to 10 servings of fruits and vegetables everyday. The more colorful and varied in color, the better for you. Sometimes, especially when your traveling for business or pleasure, you don't have time to eat properly, so you order food at a fast food restaurant. It's good to know that you can get a veggie burger at Burger King (with all the trimmings), and feel like you're not blowing your diet. Also you're getting good nutrients and antioxidation protection from vegetables. The other point is that veggie burgers are not as high in total fat content and cholesterol. I'm not a vegetarian, and sometimes I just have to go for that juicy red-meat burger, but if you truly want to have maximum energy (fuel)and be healthy and not sickly -- well into your later years, then you have to start thinking about what you put into your mouth now.

Of course I ate it! I love food and my logic was that since I love veggie chicken nuggets better than regular chicken nuggets (C'mon, Mc donalds makes it), then I would like veggie burgers.  Needless to say, I liked them better than the suck ass fast food but my favorite burgers are at Red Robin or Islands.

Love Veggie Protein foods
by kjalways on June 18, 2006 - 7:17pm

I love veggie burgers (Morning Star original).  I don't like the ones that is supposed to taste like real burgers.  I love protein foods!  Hey, they also help build muscles, which is good for me and good to me.  Yum, Yum.

I have noticed that vegetarian foods help me to be more interested in eating and taking better care of myself.  I used to be a vegetarian and a lot more healthy than I am now!

Morningstar Grillers Prime are the best. They have to be prime, no imposters.

Maybe they have gotten better over the last few years, but I almost puked. Of course I thought it would be healthier. I am not sure I ever want to try it again though.

Vegie burgers were better than I had expected that is for sure. They did taste much better than a regular Burger King burger. Although I have had better I would eat a veggie burger again.
