The Da Vinci Code

finally someone is talking about the sacred feminine, which we aboriginals call "the earth". humans are god (or a part of god) and there is no higher entity we should fear or be afraid of. no one to blame - but yourself each one is a creator of his life, and as the movie explains - this fear was exploited buy the church in order to dominate others. maybe these actions (the church) were needed back in the days, but now, humans should know the truth individuals can achieve whatever they want if they have the right intention in their minds and if they respect others and the providing powers of the universe no one will save you but yourself...

the passion and christ and beyond

Hands-down, discipline and inner coherence is not popular. The traditional values are passe. However, from an experiential AND practical standpoint, following Christ has proven to be the radical basis of transforming lives and societies, when applied in faith. Heartfelt faith was responsible for outlawing slavery in the 18th Century UK. It was responsible for enacting child-labor rights, and women's suffrage. Unfortunately, cynical religionists flying the same "flag" have tainted this faith badly, in past times (The mid-19th century US South) and today (no explanation needed). Misuse of faith does not prove that it is false, it simply shows the predicament of the human condition. That, with all of my doubts, defines why I follow Jesus Christ, who was resurrected after that Passion week... Alwynbilly of Great Falls MT a neurophys-pain physician holy-joes.blogspot.com

Well, this explains a lot to me. I have friends that do this exact thing, delay getting medical attention and always experience anxiety attacks. I never linked them together, but now I will forward the link for this on to them. Thanks!!
